Midlife Crossroads: Embracing New Rhythms is an 8-week virtual group-coaching workshop designed to help you embrace life’s pauses, define your reset, and move forward with clarity and confidence. 


At some point, we all reach a crossroads when the old ways no longer fit, but the new ways aren’t clear. If this resonates with you, you are not alone, and you don’t need to navigate this alone.

The virtual sessions provide a guided pause in your busy life. Together, we’ll reflect, reset, and practice tools you can use right away with support

Between sessions, you will have space to integrate what you’re learning, while staying connected to a supportive group of women walking the same path.

Session 1

Because life shifts are bigger than just one change, we will start the program with a deep dive that will help you assess all the pressures that are influencing this crossroads experience. You will be guided through exercises to tap into the internal and external elements that you are feeling, noticing, fearing, and anticipating, and connected with the other group participants as a reminder that “I’m not alone, nor am I going crazy.”



Session 2

Next, we will examine the truth that “What got me here won’t get me there”. Through an assessment of personal values and a definition of “What I Want”, participants will examine the opposing demands that are struggling for dominance and powerfully choose an intentional path forward.


Session 3

With a clearer sense of direction, participants will uncover the barriers, beliefs, and constraints that keep them from moving forward. Through guided practices, they’ll gain tools to release what no longer serves them and give themselves permission to step into a life designed with intention.           


Session 4

Drawing on the awareness, the tools, and insights gained throughout the program, participants will create a personalized plan roadmap to clearly define, express, and activate ”what’s next”.    

 

 
  • Anyone navigating a transition in life. Whether it is career, relationships, family, health, or personal growth.

  • Yes, live participation is required to get the most out of this workshop. With only four live virtual sessions (plus four application weeks built in), this experience is intentionally designed to respect your busy schedule while ensuring you receive real-time support, interaction, and accountability.

  • Those are weeks with no class, but you’ll implement and reflect on what you’ve learned with guided exercises and check-in prompts.

  • You’ll need a stable internet connection, access to Zoom, and a journal or notebook. We also recommend securing a private, quiet space where you can focus without distractions. This time is for you.

  • Yes. Being on screen is required. This is an interactive experience, and showing up visibly helps build trust, connection, and accountability within the group.

  • This isn’t one-size-fits-all. You’ll create a personalized plan tailored to your lifestyle and walk away with practical, sustainable tools that you can use.

  • “Midlife” refers more to a transition than to a specific age. If you’re at a turning point or asking “what’s next?” this is for you.
